  • What items will you remove?

    We remove almost anything you need gone — old boxes, trash, broken equipment, unwanted furniture, tools, small appliances, totes, and more. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just send us a photo and we’ll let you know before scheduling.
    (We cannot remove hazardous chemicals, fuel, wet paint, or biohazard materials.)

  • Do you buy items during the cleanout?

    Yes — that’s one of our specialties. We offer cash on the spot for items with resale value, including tools, gym equipment, lawn equipment, sports gear, bikes, shelving, collectibles, and household items in good condition. If something has value, we’ll make you an offer right on the spot.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleanout?

    Not always. If the garage, basement, or space is accessible, many customers choose to provide instructions and we complete the job without them needing to be home. If we are purchasing items for cash, you’ll need to be present for the buyback portion.

  • DO YOU SWEEP OR CLEAN THE SPACE AFTERWARD?

    Yes. Every cleanout includes a light sweep and tidy-up so your space is left clean, clear, and ready to use.

  • HOW LONG DOES A CLEANOUT TAKE?

    Most garage and basement cleanouts take between one and four hours, depending on the size of the space and the amount of clutter. We handle everything efficiently from start to finish.

  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept cash, credit and debit cards, checks in some cases, and financing through Affirm. If we purchase items from you, the value can be paid in cash or applied directly to your bill to lower your total.

  • What areas do you service?

    We serve Metro Detroit and nearby communities, including Livonia, Redford, Westland, Dearborn, Canton, Novi, Plymouth, Farmington Hills, Northville, Warren, and surrounding areas.
    If you’re close but not sure, just reach out — we likely cover your area.

  • How does your pricing work?

    We offer simple flat-rate pricing based on the size of the cleanout. Most projects fall into one of our three set tiers, and larger or unique cleanouts may require custom pricing, which we can confirm quickly with photos or an on-site look. Pricing is always upfront with no surprises.

    Small Cleanout – $399
    Standard Cleanout – $599
    Heavy Cleanout – $799–$999

  • DO YOU RECYCLE OR DONATE ITEMS?

    Whenever possible, we donate, recycle, or repurpose items to reduce waste. Many items get a second life through local donation centers or recycling programs.

  • How soon can you start after I book?

    Most cleanouts are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Busy seasons may fill quickly, but we always do our best to accommodate your timeline.

  • Do you handle heavy items?

    Yes. We safely remove large, heavy, or awkward items such as furniture, appliances, equipment, and more. No heavy lifting required on your end.
